AUVSI Pathfinders Grant

Guided by our Chapter objectives:

a) Provide an organization for individuals who have a common interest in, and who wish to foster and expand, the domain of Unmanned Vehicle Systems

b) Advance technology

c) Exchange ideas and information in the field of Unmanned Vehicle Systems and to recognize the advances and contributions thereto, and

d) Promote the education of the membership and the general public in the field of Unmanned Vehicle Systems

e) Document the history of Unmanned Vehicle Systems

We have continued to challenge ourselves to provide opportunities for our members and the local community through our annual symposium, grant programs, support of local robotics events and our partnership with the AUVSI Pathfinder student chapter at the University of Alabama Huntsville (UAH).

Avion Solutions- Avion Takes Action Grant

Founded in 1992, Avion Solutions, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned business that has built a reputation for excellence and reliability by providing innovative, high-quality solutions in aerospace engineering, airworthiness, logistics, integrated project support, and model-based systems engineering.

Lockheed Martin- Rotary and Mission Systems Grant

Our portfolio features more than 1,000 programs, including helicopters, integrated air and missile defense, littoral warfare, undersea warfare, radar, electronic warfare, cyber solutions, C4ISR, and training and logistics systems. The business area supports the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy and Missile Defense Agency, as well as intelligence, civil, commercial and international military customers.

RMS employs approximately 35,000 people in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Taiwan, Japan, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, New Zealand and Australia. Computer systems, software and hardware engineering professionals comprise the largest segment of our workforce, followed by professional and other support specialists.

Madison Street Festival Grant

Madison Street Festival “MSF” a 501c3 organization will motivate and support students of all ages and abilities by providing access to education and educational programs. This will be accomplished by providing but not limited to:

1. Grants awarded to educational programs.
2. Supporting community literacy programs.
